Today let’s look at :
LONG NARROW CORRIDORS AND HALLWAYS :
Here are tips to make the space appear less crowded, constricting and claustrophobic…
- Paint one of the end walls a dark color
- Paint one of the end walls a warm color
- Use wallpaper with a bold or large scale pattern on one of the end walls
- Use a wallpaper with horizontal stripes, or paint horizontal stripes on one of the end walls
- Use mood lighting or ambient lighting
- Don’t line up your furniture along the long walls
